Craig joins Sycle with extensive experience in healthcare technology and digital product development. With a career defined by digital transformation and a deep-seated passion for hearing care, Craig is poised to lead Sycle into its next era of growth and technical excellence.
A Proven Leader in Digital Health and Healthcare Technology
For the past eight years, Craig has been a leader within Cochlear’s Global Strategic Marketing organization, most recently serving as Vice President of Connected Care and Digital Products. In this role, he led the strategy and commercialization of digital innovations including Nucleus®, SmartNav, Remote Check, and Remote Assist—helping expand access to care and strengthen patient engagement.
In addition, Craig brings broader healthcare technology experience from leadership roles at Abbott, One Medical (now part of Amazon), and Practice Fusion (now part of Allscripts), combining deep clinical insight with SaaS and digital expertise.
