Craig has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of healthcare and technology, building and commercializing digital products that help providers deliver better care and grow their businesses.
Having worked across startups and global healthcare companies, he is passionate about bringing innovative, practical technology to hearing care, making it easier for clinics to operate, connect with patients, and ultimately help more people hear.
Prior to joining Sycle, Craig was Vice President of Connected Care and Digital Products at Cochlear, where he led the strategy and commercialization of groundbreaking digital hearing technologies, including Remote Check, Remote Assist, and SmartNav. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Abbott Diabetes Care, One Medical, and Practice Fusion, spanning digital health, SaaS, mobile technology, and business development.
Craig holds a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Craig is a novice triathlete, a pursuit he primarily uses to counteract his longstanding addiction to Haribo gummy bears.
